In a small pan melt 1-2TBSP butter with 2/3TBSP sugar at medium/high heat.
Put almonds in and stir until golden brown.
Remove and keep stirring until clumpy and hard.
Pour out onto wax/parchemtn paper and seperate out with forks.
Cool.
Eat.
