Oven 450. Bake for 45min (flipping every 15min)
3 large potatoes
1/4c veg oil
2tsp dried rosemary
1tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper
1/4c grated parmesan cheese
1-Slice potatoes into wedges, rinse and pat dry
2-Put ingredients into ziplock bag. Add potatoes to it and shake till well coated.
3-Put onto a cookie sheet. Cook and keep flipping till fries are crispy. Shake parmesan cheese onto them when they are still hot.
