1 large mango, peeled and diced
2/3c red bell pepper, diced
1/4c red onion, minced
2T lime juice
2T fresh cilantro, chopped
2tsp agave
1tsp olive oil
1/4tsp cumin
1/8 salt
1- Combine all ingredients.
2- Let salsa stand at room temp for 30 min before serving. Mix well. Cover and refridgerate leftovers.
