I love the taste of fresh basil! If you do too, you'll like this recipe. It is a cold soup and ready in minutes.
1 zucchini, diced
1 stalk celery
1 T red or sweet onion, finely chopped
1 T olive oil
5 or so basil leaves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 avacado
4 cups water
1. Blend till smooth. Garnish with finely shredded basil leaves.
