Dip:
2c skim millk
1/2c light/fat free sour cream
1 (3.4oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
1c Creamy PB (can be reduced fat)
1/3c sugar
Combine all the ingredients, adding the PB last. Mix till smooth. Store in refrigerator.
To Dip:
(Make sure you either cut fruit right before serving or use lemon juice etc to preserve.)
Apple slices, bananas, pretzel sticks, graham crackers, chocolate quarters...basically anything you think sounds good being dipped into peanut butter!
Let's be honest, I've eaten it straight out of a bowl with a spoon!
Makes about 4 cups worth so great for parties etc
